A Song

He Set Me Free from Cowboy Nick on Vimeo.
"Cowboy" Nick sings "He Set Me Free" by Albert Brumley.

Thank you all for the comments! It's great to see the lurkers coming out. ;)
I hope you are blessed by the video. I'm sorry if the quality is bad. I think it is better than my camera's though, and I did use some iMovie effects.

Make a joyful noise unto God, all ye lands:

Sing forth the honour of his name:

make his praise glorious.

Psalm 66:1-2

  4. My cousins informed me that I made funny faces and rolled my eyes. I did. :(
Sorry 'bout that. Don't listen closely, but I played the wrong way in those spots and I didn't want to do it over. :D

  5. First, you play the guitar left handed! :)
Second being that I second your mom's suggestion...post a video of you and all the kids singing/playing.
Third, I enjoyed listening...thanks for posting it! :)

    1. Actually, I play it right - handed. I just realized that I accidentally flipped the video.
Yes, I actually have one of Jonathan and me that I have to re-record (He acted "normal" when I wasn't looking.)
      And, you're welcome!

  7. Hey, Nick, I was finally able to view your video on Vimeo. Have no idea what happened...I guess that's just my compute. I thoroughly enjoyed the song, and you play the guitar very well. Were you using bass runs in the song while you were playing? I'm trying to "perfect" them...not the easiest things to play:)

    1. I am glad you enjoyed the song! I hope you were blessed by it. Yes, I was using / messing up some C runs / bass runs during the song. I have a long way to go! :)

  8. Actually, I thought you did quite well with your C runs / bass runs. I usually mess them up more than that:) Somewhat uncoordinated I guess:P
